Charlotte — Inspired by “Charlotte's Web”

from $9.00

Charlotte is inspired by a classic children’s tale of friendship—which was banned in Kansas due to themes of death and talking animals. We believe that Charlotte’s Web remains one of the most influential children’s books of all time.

This is a cranberry-flavored black tea blend with rosehips and elderberries. It is fruity, fragrant, and fun. Try this blend hot or iced!

“Inspired by a book I’ve never read and a movie I didn’t like as a kid, this tea surprised me.

Despite having no chocolate in it, it’s a little chocolatey. I'm not sure why, maybe Lynn knows.

The elderberries and cranberries give this tea a lot of depth, with one being juicy and sweet and the other bearing a tartness that balances it out beautifully. From what I know of the story where this tea gets its name, that makes perfect sense. It is two things at once, just as Charlotte's Web is a story of friendship and grief.

Charlotte reminds me of campfires and lightning bugs. It beckons me out to the back porch in the evening to watch the stars come out. It tastes like dessert with a few teaspoons of sugar.

I have different favorite teas by the day, but this one remains at the top of my list. There is something about it that always writes my name in its web.”
